ARTWORK
REQUIREMENTS
All artwork must be provided by client in
an acceptable format. If artwork is not supplied
or is improperly formatted art charges will
apply. Your artwork can be e-mailed or mailed
to us on an acceptable form of media (PC formatted
diskette, CD-ROM, Zip Disk, or DVD-ROM). A
copy of your artwork should be faxed or mailed
and marked with your PO number to ensure accuracy
of artwork.
ACCEPTABLE FORMATS
tiff, eps, ai, psd. Bitmaps should be
at least 1,000 dpi. All other formats
should be avoided.
SCREEN
PRINTING (UNDER SURFACE)
Mirror inverted. Overlap of 1/16” for
multicolor printing. Please provide a reliable
color sample for special color printing.
FOUR-COLOR
PROCESS PRINTING (CMYK)
Positive image. A 1/8” bleeding
off edge is required for printing with
off-cut. Photoshop files are required
with all support files, including graphics,
images and fonts. (CMYK process colors,
original size 300 dpi.) The colors of
RGB images cannot be converted and are
therefore reproduced in black and white.
Internet images are not suitable for
reproduction. Pantone colors can only
be reproduced approximately with CMYK
process colors. Please provide a reliable
color sample for four-color printing.
FONTS
All type/text must be submitted and converted
to outlines or curves.
CHANGE
OF COPY
For each change of copy there will be a $75.00(G)
set up charge per color per copy change. If
a copy change is less than the minimum listed
in the catalog then a less than minimum charge
of $60.00 (G) applies also.
COLOR
MATCH (PMS COLORS)
We provide a wide variety of standard imprint
and liquid colors. If you require or specify
a particular PMS color that you want us to
match, a PMS color match charge will be billed
at $55.00 (G) per color.
IMPRINTING
SET-UPS
All items include a one color imprint
on product and floaters. (No floaters
available on stock mouse pads). A set-up
charge of $60.00 (G) applies for the
first imprint included on floater and
the first color included on item and,
each additional imprint thereafter on
floater and item.
MULTI-COLOR
PRINTING
All items have the ability to be imprinted
with more than one color. The cost for
an additional imprint color in one location
requires a set up charge of $60.00 (G)
plus a running charge of $.07 (G) per
piece. For rush items the running charge
is $0.80 (G) per color.
PROOFS
Virtual: First one free.
Each additional change requires an art charge
of $75.00 (G)
Color Match Proof: $190.00 (G)
SHIPPING
All merchandise is shipped from over
seas via AIR FREIGHT or OCEAN FREGHT.
All prices include freight charges to
NY (JFK) AIRPORT or CA (LAX) AIRPORT.
They do not include freight charges
to final destination from NY or CA and
will be billed accordingly and added
to invoice. All rush items are FOB NJ.
UNPRINTED ITEMS
Available on all items. Minimum is minimum
listed in catalog and will be billed at end
quantity price. |
